My husband and I have had a far better experience with Ewing Subaru of Plano thus far, than we’ve had with any of the other auto dealerships in the DFW area. A lot of other dealerships will misrepresent their prices online, in order to lure you in under false pretenses. Disappointed that there is no prepaid preventive maintenance package…for beyond 24,000 miles. After all paperwork done and credit application it took 30 min for a finance rep to see me. Car wash is a nice feature but involve wait.
Jeremiah helped me put a deposit on an in transit vehicle. He kept me updated along the way and came in outside his normal schedule to help me get my car as soon as possible. The car arrived a few days later than the original ETA, but I don't think there's anything the dealer can do about that.
